Drop-Ins & Sliding Scale Pricing
Our Drop-In price is $25, of which our teachers receive $10, a much higher percentage than is standard in our industry! We feel passionately about paying our instructors well, as their classes are powerful, healing, and even life-changing! We also include an option to tip our teachers directly.
And, as we know $25/class may be prohibitive, we offer the following membership and class pack options, as well as work/trade opportunities:

Alight was born of the coming together of several Charlotte-area yoga communities. With roots in a wide range of yoga styles and practices, we’re an eclectic collective of teachers, students, and seekers! We pay attention to alignment because it keeps us safe, sustains us, and helps us grow. We listen to our breath because we believe our most abiding teacher is within. We embrace diversity because it makes our community (and this world) more beautiful.
And we share a passion for those practices, on and off the mat, that heal and connect.
Here at Palestra Spa & Studio, we’re continuing to grow and evolve!
